After receiving my first solo FanMail box, I knew I had to snag their April 2017 box. Titled “The Gang’s All Here,” it showcased fandoms centered around friendship, group dynamics, and Scooby gangs consisting of “meddling kids.” The box gathered several fandoms together so there’s a bit of something for every fan.
They featured, in no particular order:
- Star Wars
- Guardians of the Galaxy
- Buffy: The Vampire Slayer
- Harry Potter
- The Legend of Korra
- Charmed
- Suicide Squad
- The Werewolf Diaries
For me, the highlights of this box were:
- Charmed Ombré Infinity Scarf
- Guardians of the Galaxy “Spirit in the Sky” Bath Bomb by Nerdie Nifties
- Surprise charm inside
- Harry Potter “The Golden Trio” Postcard
- Star Wars “I Rebel” Knit Cap
- “Harlequin” Nail Wraps by Espionage Cosmetics
The bath bomb’s charm turned out to be a chibi-version of Rocket Raccoon. The bath bomb, coupled with the nail wraps, gave me a solid excuse to have a spa night.
The Harry Potter postcard was perfectly timed, as I’ve been meaning to send my little sister a note in the mail. I prefer to send stationery that I’ve handpicked for the receiver, so the postcard was perfect for my HP-otaku little sister.
The knit cap, although a slightly odd choice for a box originally sent out in April, is warm and fits well. I can’t wait to sport it this winter while out walking dogs.
